Deloitte develop index 01-02 2018


The first two months of 2018 brought the highest number of offerings in five years. In early 2018, the average proposed price of available apartments in development projects stagnated at CZK 95,800 per m2. In Prague, the greatest growth in prices is currently recorded by border districts, specifically Prague 9 (+6.9%) and Prague 10 (+5%).
