The turn of spring to summer was marked by further increase in the offer price of new apartments in Prague, with an average increase of 4.1% to CZK 130,600 per square metre. In May and June, prices remained highest in Prague 1, where it was possible to buy a square metre for CZK 194,300. Compared to the previous period, however, this was an increase of only 0.68%, which is the slowest increase in the average price of new apartments in the capital. By contrast, the fastest price growth was recorded in Prague 3, with an average increase of 13.9% to CZK 147,400 per square metre. No price decline was recorded in any part of the city during this period.
