Sales prices of apartments in Prague and regional cities continued to grow during the third quarter of 2017, this quarter by 6.4% to 51,600 CZK/m2. Compared to the previous year the average selling price grew by almost 12%. In total, more than 6,600 apartments worth CZK 21.5 billion were sold in development projects, brick houses and high-rise blocks, which is comparable to the previous quarter. The prices grew in all regional capitals except for the Pardubice. As usual, apartments were the most expensive in Prague (an increase to CZK 66,900 per m2) and the cheapest in Ústí nad Labem, where they were sold for the average price of CZK 13,100 per m2.
