Prices of apartments in the Czech Republic continued to rise in the second quarter of 2022. In the measured period, the average price per square metre increased by 2.9% to CZK 93,100. Only Hradec Králové recorded a price decline of 10% to CZK 68,500 per sqm. On the other hand, the prices of apartments in Ústí nad Labem increased the most (by 10% to CZK 40,200 per sqm), even though it is the regional city with the cheapest apartments in the Czech Republic. The city where buyers paid the most for a new apartment was Prague, where the price rose by 3.8% to CZK 122,900 per sqm.
