Prague development market in March and April 2019


In terms of the new offerings, March and April were average months, with the supply amounting to 97% of prior years’ average during the two months and recording a year-on-year increase of 3%. 1,184 new apartments were put on the market for direct sale with an average surface area price parameter of CZK 98,466 per m2. This time, apartments that formed part of renovation projects accounted for a slightly below-average 20% in terms of the number of apartments and their average surface area price parameter was CZK 127,601 per m2.
