Deloitte develop index 07-08 2021


In July and August, the increase in the prices of Prague apartments slowed down slightly. Compared to the previous period, the average price per square metre rose by 2.5% to CZK 133,800. Prices in Prague 1 increased the most, by 5.78% to CZK 205,500 per square metre. Prague 1 thus remained the most expensive part of the capital city in the new apartments market. Similar price growth was also recorded in Prague 6, where buyers paid on average 5.6% more, i.e. CZK 143,800 per square metre. By contrast, the price of new apartments decreased in only one district – Prague 2 – where the price per square metre decreased by 0.4% to CZK 178,700.
